I have been a loyal customer for more than 5 years and I've been buying a lot of items from FocusHerb, I've been very patient with Jade as she gets heated most of the time even though I did not mean to upset her and just asking her about an update or status of the product that I ordered. This time, she went out of control, I just asked for the payment status for the shipping agent , and I said I did not sent her a message just to bother her but a mere follow up. Look what she said?
